HERE'S HOW VIRTUAL DERMATOLOGY WORKS:
- Log in and pick “Dermatology.”
- Pick a doctor. Tell us about your skin, hair, or nail concern. Upload a picture.
- No appointment is needed. The doctor will assess your condition and send a plan to treat it. You will usually get it within 24 hours.
- If you need a prescription, it will be sent to your pharmacy of choice.
- If you have questions, you can contact the doctor at no cost for 30 days after you receive your treatment plan.
⁴MDLIVE Dermatology visits are completed via asynchronous messaging. Diagnoses requiring testing cannot be confirmed, and patients will be referred to seek in-person care. Treatment plans will be completed within a maximum of three business days, but usually within 24 hours.
